    Must've taken that photo early in the AM, finding the parking lot that empty is a rarity. There's a beautiful white third gen that usually parks along the river, goes biking I assume due to tailgate mat.

    Riverwalk is a nice place, lots of changes coming to the area. I live about a mile away but don't get over there near often enough.

    Armature works is up and coming so still growing, there's a few places farther down the river near the convention center, and again farther down towards channelside and Sparkmans Wharf.

    Less glamour and more indy, there are tons of places on Florida Ave from MLK north to around Sligh Ave. Seminole Heights is growing in that sense too.

    Tampa Palms is nice area, there's tons of places around here and there. St. Pete and Clearwater have Johns Pass and Pier 60 areas. New Tampa on Bruce B. Downs all the way to 56th. Then ofcourse there's ybor city.
