Thats funny, not really, but we went to a spot also in the Monitors, weekend before last. Saw one person all weekend. Not a single rig came through our camp. We had the canyon to ourselves. It was really nice.

I sold mine pretty quickly on FB marketplace.

Also, just found out those jackstands I dropped off for you may be under recall....going to want give the truck a good shake prior to pulling the wheels off and definitely going to want to put the wheels under your truck incase they do fail.

Here's the recall notice...I'm not positive that they are subject to the recall but they were purchased within the time range they note.

Yea i wanted to try there, so i made a facebook account and turns out i dont have access yet. FB doesnt specify if i need to be active for a certain time frame or have X number of friends. I will likely delete it after i buy/sell these and a few other things anyways so not sure its worth the trouble. I do have access to some basic for sale pages i am going try though.

As for those jacks, sounds good, ill take extra care. ill put you as my emergency contact if anything happens. HAHA

It's time to replace my cab mount bushings. I read a good write up on it and it doesn't seem like the easiest thing in the world with one floor jack and two jack stands so I think I need to take this to a shop. Any recommendations for our area? I'm in Carson but can of course get it to where I need to go for such a service. Would you guys go stock bushings or energy suspension? Or maybe another brand?

Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
    101-109 Antlered, 10/1-10/16.

Open to any tips, as this will be my first Horn Porn Hunt in Nevada, and from what I've seen of terrain, forage, and weather, it ain't gonna be like hunting black tails in the northern coastal ranges of CA.

I admit my Nevada Noobness when it comes to the mulies here. But I'll be damned if I'm not at least going hunting!!! :D

Big deer get pulled from 10 but it is not a place to road hunt. Be prepared to hike

I should add, there are ranges where you can do a fair bit of driving around in 10 but in my experience, with the amount of tags they give out for 10, there are a lot of people doing the same thing in all the same places.

My suggestion is good glass then hike in a couple few miles and start glassing.

I never camp on holiday weekends because of the crowds but me and the gf took a drive up to the Bowman lake area yesterday from the hwy 20 side and it was an absolute mad house. People were camped anywhere there was a spot for a tent or trailer.

I was worried it would be crazy, and it looked like it was closer to town, like people set up camp right on the side of 50. But 3.5 hours away, only saw 2 other people all weekend. It was great.

Are there any local tire / wheel places people recommend? looking to move to 33s from 265/75/16.

Also, if anyone is looking to offload some wheels/tires I might be interested.

I don't know of many small time shops up here so I've been going to Discount Tire in Carson. I think it was about 20 per regular vehicle sized tires and 25 for the larger tires. Give them a call to check though! So far so good with that shop.

edit: fucked up and put in big o instead of discount
