I would love to go but that’s my Bday/Father’s Day weekend and it’s booked with a family trip somewhere else. Lol, I doubt my dad would drag his 5th wheel up there to go camping.

Your Father’s Day weekend dates make the most sense. Go to early and hit snow. Go to late and it’s going to get into your BDR prep weekend.

Disregarding snow, Gallagher Lake is just a FR drive right? I'd be interested if so.

I took my mostly stock truck up it last year (had sliders) @TexMeg89 had a stock I think? That being said conditions may change due to run off but it was completely practical.

Hit it with a small group 3 rigs stay in the middle

Pick up a tow hitch reciever recovery point and a snatch strap. That hook on the front of the OR and I think Pro? Can be used for a light tug. NOT THE BLACK TIE DOWN POINT

Stay out of slushy snow....other than that you should be fine and recovery gear won't be needed.

Looks solid to me! Snatch strap, some shackles, shovel/ax, and some traction boards will pretty much take care of most situations you find yourself in.

Good luck all. I went up to Cle Elum Valley Road and just past the turn to go up Fortune Creek Trail there was still some snow in plenty of places down low near the river. I didn't try to go up the trail, but I assume there will be plenty of snow as you climb and get away from where all the other traffic goes. It might be a bit before it's passable. IMG_3721.jpg
