Looks like I'll be back in New Mexico this Summer. Looking forward to meeting up with some old and new faces on some trips soon!

Here's my truck. Nothing crazy, but getting there slowly but surely.

Hey fellas so we typically have our monthly brew pub meet up tonight but I honestly totally spaced it and never posted about it. Anyway, maybe for the better considering places are just starting to open back up.

With that said maybe we can start to get back on track with the monthly meets next month. We’ve been meeting at Differential Brewery most of the time but maybe we can move to Rio Bravo? I know they are open now and it’s got cheap beer(well one $3 beer), plenty of parking, and close to the highway. Of course we’ll have to play it by ear with the COVID restrictions but we can still keep it on the calendar for now.

    Date: Thursday July 2nd
    Time: 5:30
Location: RioBravo Brewery 1912 2nd St NW

    Thoughts anyone? People in?

Thats gonna be tough. Maybe further north, Jemez area? @Taco505 or @Darth ToyTaco could add some insight.

    awesome well keep everyone posted.

That’s a hard one man every dispersed camp area has a no burn ban (FS, BLM, State) and pretty much every improved campground is still closed through the end of June. Propane fire pits are really the only option if you want a fire or find someone with private land that is willing to let you camp but that’s probably hard to come by.

Bad timing this year the entire state is under a burn ban. All organized campgrounds are closed. Private land is included also.

All good, I was up in the Lincoln NF last weekend and had wondered if any of the BLM areas had fire restrictions myself. Unfortunately it looks like the whole state is on fire ban.
