    Hey everyone,

I'm trying to work out how to use the USB ports in the center console to run Android Auto/Phone rather than having the wire run from under the center control stack. Anyone have insight on this?

    Thank you!

Edit: In taking everything apart, it seems like a pretty significant task that might be more technically driven than I am capable of. USB wiring is way way different than your standard power wires

    Still looking for feedback, though.

    Thanks again.

What if you got a USB extension cable, left it plugged into the center stack port, and ran it under & into the console?
It would be simple and hidden.

If it's plugged into the back behind the center stack then that works but wouldn't this just be kind of the same? Maybe I'm not understanding...

I may have not read your question correctly. I thought you are trying to get the functionality of the center stack USB port, into the center console.

You read correctly! Maybe I'm just not understanding how this solution wouldn't run a wire from the front port in the center stack? How do I plug in from the back and run to an assumingly new port in the center console?
