All my vp stuff is amazing. Havnet had a single issue with any of their stuff.

But some times its fun to make cheap cars more fun for cheap

I was trying to hold the urge, give it a few days and logic kicks in...hopefully. The element is cool, but i have way too many other trucks. I will build an IFS crawler one of these days.

I busted something in the transfer case in my bomber yesterday. Holmes brushless power needs a bombproof driveline to compliment. Grabbed the capra off the shelf and it won't engage dig without million reverses.... Time to tear it back down. I never liked how loud it is. I've had full metal trans before with steel spur but this is louder and I think I may have possibly made a mistake in the build somewhere... Oh well at least the wraith is rtr... Nope out of solder fix the esc in it.... So I ordered solder and a bunch of odds and ends. The next few weeks should get some bench work done

Vp doesn't do a bomber trans.... It already has MIP shafts with the hot racing steel spur. It needs the housing too I'm guessing it blew out the rear output.

I have looked at the ucfab skid for swapping in a VP 3gear into the capra....

They have a good bit of optional axles for axial trucks but many of them have used the standard 3 gear as their go to including vanquish until the vfd came out with the new vs410
