Yeah we loved the size of the RPOD and all but it just got to small for us once we added the kiddo. Plus we want to do some serious travelling and got a great deal on the RV.

Oh I understand. We all need to do what suits our individual needs. Sadly, not a whole lot of folks on here realize that

Thanks, yeah we will have this a good while. Once the kiddo is grown the probably back to a small trailer when just me the lady and the dogs. Boon doogles will be a bit easier again then. I still don't know how people afford the big diesels and campers on top of normals bills and put away for retirement. I just think they make to much or something lol.
    thanks!

Nah that’s why we built barn. The second story deck is our escape.
We run down into town occasionally for a firebrick pizza:thumbsup:

Camper question, did you ever look at an A-Liner? Saw one over the weekend and they seem pretty cool just not sure about any pitfalls.

Wow! How tall are you?!?! We’ve been looking at teardrops and small campers, this one is big enough to spend a few days in but small enough to fit in the garage. We have a nobo 10.6 booked for Easter weekend and the rpod 190 for memorial weekend. Curious to see how everything works out.

Been working hard on my camper last few weeks getting it looking better.
Other week I removed my window covering surrounds. We were thinking about recovering them in a lighter/ brighter look. We ended just likening them left off better. Couple before and after pics. Going to see how they are camping with them gone next.

I'm toast, going to be a lazy day mostly for me today. Worked on the exterior yesterday all day. One side of my capers gel coat was not looking great when we bought it (used). I figure that is why people steered clear of it. Many were scare it was probably delamanation. It was not. Hard work paid off and it's looking great. It was a ton of work on that side though. Went over it 4 times. Gel coat fixing is a tough and this was my first experience with it ever. It isn't perfect but pretty darn good now.

Before pics you can see the fame out lines.

After, no more frame outlines. Oxidation nearly gone across the whole. About 95% good now.

A bit of pregame wiring done at home. Once at the camper I'll clean it up once fully installed. Used some of the insulation to cover the copper ground wire that wasn't covered. Also have an extra wire since this is 30 amp vice 50 amp. That Romex wiring is pricey but good stuff.

Well got the surge protector wired. Need to get it securely mounted next and secure the wiring too. Got it close to its new home. It was kind of unecesarily harder to wire thanks the humidity. Was sweating like crazy. Way hard to manipulate wiring when a sweaty mess lol.
working pic. E O code = normal operation.
Gotta mount the display too somewhere.
