Stripped my old attempt at a coldblue steel bumper and i'm just going to prime and bed line it since the salty winter really didnt take kindly to it

What are those wings? they seem to just replace the factory 3 piece plastic and i would love a set for myself

 

Dissent off-road makes them. They just replace the chrome or painted plastic parts.

Seriously though, mine barely fits in my garage too.

 

Installed fog lights and took off the chin spoiler again

 

Drove an hour to the OBX with my pops (black taco) and my gf. did some 4 wheeling on the beach and dunes. Didn’t even need to air down the tires, it crushed the sand easily

 

She got nice and dirty hauling little sister to/from the playground.

Finally got the the tall and skinnies! 255/85/16 Cooper St Maxx I think they look super sexy I measured the actual tread width on both my stock 265/70/16 and the new tire while aired up and the stocks were 8 & 1/8” and the coopers are actually an 1/8th” bigger despite the coopers that have an overall width that is a lil bit narrower. I think the actual cooper width is 10.1” compared to 10.5” stock (not tread width)
Anyways i think they ride pretty nice! The bumps, sewer caps and cracks in the road are definitely less noticeable but the overall noise is a tad bit more, but hardly noticeable to me. No rub so far and have done a couple little 4wd trails near the house and even got stuck trying to plow through some snow (only temporarily though) From everything I can tell I have plenty of room. Time will tell I suppose
Oh and my exactly 15 mile trip to work now says it’s a 14.6 mile ride so I figure that makes my speedometer 2-3 mph off

The speedo will be off by a %, the faster you go the more it will be ‘off’ and same for the fuel mileage.
