    @MESO
Sounds like another great idea for a mod. A pigtail plug that plugs into your ultimate tail lights to allow a third brake light to be out to it without spacing or cutting into the wires.

I had ordered a bunch of waterproof plugs from Amazon awhile back.
    https://www.amazon.com/MUYI-Waterpr...ywords=waterproof+plug&qid=1591131223&sr=8-21

Then I just used some leftover wire I had, made a pigtail, soldered it right inline with the meso adapter then covered it back up with tesa tape (fabric tape thats on there already). Then I crimped the other end of the plug to my topper wires and plugged it all in.

I can’t remember but I posted a photo on this thread doing the same (I actually just soldered the wires directly) pretty sure I traced the correct pin buy following the colored wire from the stock connector. Not sure if I mentioned the colors on that post.

Hard to trace the black in this picture so not very helpful. I wish I just pulled the pins and added a quick plug but it’s something I’ll get cleaned up

Not that anyone including myself was concerned, but like others are saying, USPS site will say delivered and it got delivered the next day. So weird how it said delivered to mailbox a day early, so specific.

    Anyway, thanks for amazing products!

Super easy install and such a big difference! Much brighter than stock too, so hopefully the idiot drivers around here see me better. Thanks @MESO

Why does everything always get screwed up in Atlanta with USPS. Usually it just gets stuck in Atlanta for a few days, but now it took a detour from Atlanta to Illinois when I live in South Carolina.

Installed my Stage 1's and will only get hyperflash with the turn signals on with reverse. Contacted Meso support and they said they will send some resistors out. I asked if the hyperflash will hurt anything with out the resistors installed. He said it would not. I don't see a need for Reversing and using a turn signal at the same time. So I declined the offer. Thanks Meso for the help.

I had to try this out - have Stage I in my 2020and didn't have hyperflash issues. Put it in reverse and tried both turn signals - no hyperflash. Strange how one truck will and another won't.

Do either you or @MSGulfCoastTaco have the OEM LED Light package?

yes, if you are talking about the headlights. I have added the LED bed lights since buying the truck.

I have Stage 1's taillights paired with V4 turn signals and initially had the same hyper flash in reveres issue that you are describing. I parallel park often, which means I end up in reverse with a turn signal on quite a bit, and the hyper flash was pretty annoying to me.

I contacted MESO and he immediately sent me a pair of resistors (thanks for amazing customer service). I got lazy and didn't install them right away and then one day when I was parallel parking on the left side of a one way street i noticed that the left hyper flash had gone away on its own. I tried the right turn signal and it continued hyper flashing. I shut down the truck and when I restarted it the hyper flash on both sides was gone. This was a few months ago and it hasn't come back a single time since then.

I'm at a loss for what the cause was, the only variable that I can think of is that possibly the temperature warming up had an effect? I was gonna send MESO back the unused resistors, but I decided to hold on to them in case the hyper flash comes back this winter. However for now the problem appears to have solved it self.

NOTE: I have both the OEM LED Headlights and Bedlights if that makes a difference.

Yeah, sorry... I should have been more specific. I was talking about the headlights. I thought, maybe, that would be the difference.

Yeah... that was my line of thinking. @Devious6 having the OEM LED Package and not having the hyperflash issue vs @MSGulfCoastTaco having regular headlights and having the hyperflash issue. But that was promptly knocked down when he said he also has the OEM LED Headlights. So... that's where my guessing stops. :notsure:

I’ve had Stage 2 total tails installed since late August ‘19, and just replaced my 2nd VLEDs 4473 (Red) since last year. The first one (top drivers side), @MESO warrantied and replaced right away as it happened soon after install. This second one, just happened last week and was top passenger side this time. I bought (2) directly from VLED’s, as there is a direct 3-year warranty, and Stew has went so far over and above so often, that I didn’t want to bother him about it.

Anyone else had an issue with these things? At $30 each, I’d certainly expect more than 8 or 9 months of life.
