We are always looking for ways to improve the process. Sometimes we get stuck in ways that were completely acceptable in the past but now we are held to a higher standard. When we first started making sliders and then bumpers in 2000, it was common place to receive weld on sliders from manufactures with no instructions, or a bumper with a set of instructions that really were better suite for TP than actually used to install a product.

We've worked hard over the years to improve all the processes, from top to bottom. One of the often over looked things is instructions. In the auto industry it's the thorn in every manufactures heel. Speaking from a manufacture stand point, aside from flying out to every corner of the world to install your own product, it never seems to fail that you always get a small hand full of people that the instructions just don't speak too well. While in anther set of capable hands we get a call telling us how great they are and they had zero issues.

We want to improve this process as much as we can so going forward, starting with that we've gone through our 2016 install instructions and revised them. But we aren't going to stop there. since you guys are large in part the ones installing them please have a look and let us know if they make sense to you and if they speak in a clear way to you.

We know we are missing a few pictures and some can be improved, as soon as we do more in house installs those are things we plan to address.

Thanks in advance for your time.

@JDEMELLO Do you guys have have instructions for installing the winch? The Smittybilt X2O 10k isn't fitting. When everything is on, the winch contacts the truck, even after trying to hammer some of the metal away.

I just had my installer in here and The box needs mounted next to the winch, not on top of it, we have a bracket that mounts the solenoid to the inside of the bumper. The part where it's hitting should be trimmed, we have to trim that for all winches. Please let me know if you have anymore questions. You can also e-mail me for faster response jason@demello-offroad.com
