After filling up, all my dash light came on, brake pedal feel was like having no vacuum, constant beeping. Scanned for codes and no codes can be read. Tried clearing codes, nothing happens. Performed overall check on engine bay, speed sensors. All looks good. Checked fuses, all.good.
    Truck has 228k.

I assume you meant filled with gasoline.
Does it start and run at all?
Brake has no vacuum. If the engine isn't running and the vacuum vented from booster from pressing the pedal it would be normal.
What are "all the dash lights"?
How did you check the fuses? Meter or Visual. Use a meter, you can't go by sight.

Hard to think there are no codes with all that going on.

IMO you have a blown fuse probably. Get a meter or test light and verify.
