I've been asked how to pronounce my screen name. I've had this for many, many years.

    Key-Ru = Kirru

Here marks the start of my build thread for my 2020 Army Green Tacoma.
First I was apprehensive of the color but have grown to love it the moment I saw it so I had to have it.

Putting everything in one place so I can keep track of everything as I do it and so I can see the evolution of the truck.

This is the first picture I took of it the day I got home...
    IMG_20200505_194024.jpg

I'll list everything I do to the truck and link to the post as the thread gets bigger so it is easier to find by me or anyone who cares to look. I'll organize this list based on vehicle location as I move along in the build.

So I am working on adding On-Board air to the truck and the first stage of that is adding in the bedside cubby. Cut the hole using a template I made. I scanned it so it is available to anyone to use.
They are saved as images. Add to 8.5x11 paper in something like Word and make it fill the page. Then Print and tape together.

    Template taped in place
    IMG_20200521_135931.jpg

    First initial cut

Test Fit to Find the places I need to trim

    After trimming
    IMG_20200521_142603.jpg

Pilot holes for the cubby that align it
    IMG_20200521_142549.jpg

Now for the mounting holes and rivet nuts (i had the tool and nuts from another mod on my other project car)

    Mounted and finished up

Currently, I am waiting for the Expedition Essentials extension harness and the bedside mount.
I am trying to wait patiently but it feels like it is taking ages haha

    Too many to research!
Very slick. Any more pics of the innards before fitment? I ordered a Mountain Hatch for the gate and looking into possibly making that a working hatch.

@G8tr Thanks, what kind of innards? The door or the box. I can get pics of it all.

Part 2 is done of the onboard air.

The Overland Equipped Auxilary power station came back from the powder coater. 24 hour turn around for $20 wasn't too bad. Got everything in and partially wired up.

    IMG_20200528_151819.jpg

After I installed rivet nuts to make installing easier.
    IMG_20200528_152613_MP.jpg

In the truck and tested. Everything is good here. Ignore the dirty engine bay. I haven't got around to cleaning that yet. HA!
    IMG_20200528_162032.jpg IMG_20200528_162035.jpg

Now, I am waiting on the Expedition Essentials compressor mount and wiring. Waiting is hard.

Got my LoMax last night and installed it. Fairly easy once you understand the horribly written instructions... Or I was just dumb.

Anyway, not sure I like the way it mounts up.

Installed the pop n lock after I got home from work.. well, partially from work.
The wiring is a little different on the 2020 it seems. Blue to Blue and Black to Green.

@TacoParty2020 Yup, the larger one is for the driver side, though I have seen it on the passenger side for those without AC power.

I've decided I will be redoing my switches for lighting and compressor setup again haha
I can't stay happy and I don't want a bunch of switches because of the lack of switch space I have available.
Deciding between the sPod and the SP-9100. Luckily it will be some time before I need the extra switches and the ARB switch can be used for the time being until I decide how I will be wiring it up and when that will come to pass.

Got the bedside mount, dust shield, and compressor extension harness from Expedition Essentials yesterday and between the rain and running the wires- it took all day ha!
Much happier now that I have the compressor off the floor near my desk and on the truck where it is supposed to be. Airing up on the trail will definitely be easier now.

I think I have decided to go with the SP-9100. Does anyone know where to get a good price on it?

Out with the old and in with the bright ones.
These things are nice and the install took less than 5 minutes. Great upgrade. Now for the Dome Light to be available.

I've been slacking on updates but I have my C4 Sliders on now and they look fantastic in the color combo against the AG.

I can grab any pics of them mounted if there are other angles desired.
