TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
In that case I would upgrade to 4 gauge eventually. Same for ground if you are bringing back all the "-" to the distribution block.

Yeah that ham radio is probably supposed to be in a 30a fuse. So with all those there you've probably got a somewhat decent draw. Haha

Never be afraid of the math. Add up what everything on comes to, then run a wire gauge and circuit breaker/main fuse to match the total load. The gauge @oostroma is recommending is likely correct BUT without the math, we are all only guessing here.

Took few re-configurations. Think I'll be happy with this layout for a while. Lately, have been thinking about moving the aux fuse panel to the bed. Not sure what I would exactly use it for yet.

Is anyone here powering an ARB single compressor off their fuse panel? I have the Overland Equipped fuse panel ordered and plan on an ARB single compressor in the coming weeks. Per the ARB chart, the max output of the compressor is 32 amps, though it says under performance output it is 25 amps. The Blue Sea fuse block only allows 30A fuses per circuit, would I be fine running a 30A fuse?

I’d suggest #10 wire and a 40A fuse. I use these as fuse holders
    https://www.amazon.com/JooFn-Waterp...HBNQGPX8F0Y&psc=1&refRID=VBT2VRM6RHBNQGPX8F0Y
since they have a fitted cap with a fastener hole. Any extras you have you can order matching male connectors from customconnectorkits.com and have everything rated 40A or better. I believe these connectors are rated at 46A. It also allows headroom for an upgrade.

PSA for those using the OE bracket, "unfortunately there can be a conflict with the bracket and the brake wire as seen over here":

The Blue Seas fuse block says it is only rated to a 30A fuse per circuit.

I called ARB today and they said that their single compressor actually draws upwards of 38 amps and they recommend only hardwiring to the battery. Just in case anyone cared.

Just put this in. The OE panel seemed too close to the wires at the top, so I trimmed and filed the panel to leave room.

I’d really like to get one of these Overland setups, but my supercharger intercooler reservoir is right in the way. Anyone ever deal with this? Suggestions?

I have been thinking about mounting a panel on the pass. side. It would be over the cold air intake, or in that area after a cowl induction snorkel. I we can mount a dual battery there, why not a fuse panel?

The main advantage to the driver’s side is proximity to the battery and firewall grommet so it shortens the main cable(s) for power/ground and switch/relay trigger wires but if you are okay with the added expense go for it. Second battery and solar setups as well as camping rigs argue for different locations so consider your ultimate goals and what gets you closer to them. If you cover something up make sure you provide for ready access. I see a lot of rigs that would seem to impede access to the stock fuse/relays but maybe that’s a false impression.

Do you have room between the battery and the headlight? All you need to make one is a jigsaw, drill, & and something like thick aluminum roasting pan
