I have a 2008 Tacoma V6 w/ tow package with air bags and Scan-gauge. I tow a 3200 lbs. R Pod trailer, this last weekend running to Pismo Beach, Ca from Bakersfield, Ca (150 miles) the water temp hit 215 for just a minute or two at the top of the grades then would drop and stay at 202 to 206, the dash gauge showed normal the whole time. Outside temps were over 90 degrees with a head wind. P.S. the trans temp never when over 204. Coming home (more down hill) and around 70 outside the water temp never when over 202.
What water temps do you guys see towing?

Anytime I towed, my water temp sat at 201 on flats, and would climb to 210 maybe a little over on a few occasions while in the mountains.

U dont indicate the rpm range U are towing in
in the middle o the torque range is a clear advantage

the overall temps U indicate are Not a major concern

new antifreeze might lower t he radiator temps a few degrees

the dash gauge is mostly to alert overheating

    good luck
