Yeah, anything you buy from a restaurant supply store or website. Look for brands like Dexter/Russell, Juvale, Edlund and Mercer.

For tongs, insist on Edlund. They are cheap and last forever without tiring your hand like those stupid oversized tweezers that come with "BBQ sets."

Don't ever buy anything in a set. You'll invariably end up with pieces you don't need. And that negates any "value" of buying a cheaper set of utensils.

Edit: if you're intimidated by shopping at a restaurant supply store, try the commercial restaurant aisle at Sam's Club or Costco. They have incredible, restaurant quality items there. Knives, pots & pans, tongs, sheet pans, etc.
