Color matching TRD grille badges

Some of you might know my other products (Coin sorter and glovebox inserts)

These badges are 3d printed out of ASA which is UV resistance (no damage from the sun). Each letter is custom painted (most colors matching the color used on the toyota tacomas). Back side has foam so that you do not damage the grille.

Designed to fit the pro grill but fits other grills.

Compatible with 2020 trd grill

Screws are spaced out a little bit less than 3 inches apart (in case you want to measure your grill)

Tested to fit on 2016-2019 TRD grille (fits at a slant due to the design), DB Customs Grille, TRD Pro grill (will update once more grills are tested)


No need to over tighten. Each order will come with a little bottle of Loctite 242 Threadlocker. Simply tighten it snuggly and badge will not move

*avoid putting too much Loctite. If you get it on the plastic parts it can melt it (threadlocker reacts to ASA plastic). One small drop will do.

You are gonna need longer bolts for the 2020 grill, but the same spacing works for them. I can measure what works if you want it.

What are the over all measurements of the badge?

 

These look sweet! I'm going to pick up one of these for my stock 2017 TRD Sport grill. I'll let you know how it fits.

It is roughly 6 inches x 2 inches. Bolts used are 1-1/4"



If anyone tries out any other grills that are not the 3 listed and does not fit for any reason Ill offer a free return. Just let me know what didn't fit so I can see if I can modify it for future purchases

 

When you say "fits at a slant due to the design" what do you mean exactly? Is the emblem slanted after applying it to the stock TRD grill? Can you post some more pics, its difficult to see from the one photo you posted.

It is minimal but due to the design the top part pushes it into a slight slant. Not that noticeable.


I tested this on my brother truck (unfortunately hes in another state right now or else i would take closer pictures)

Those sold pretty quickly but i actually have 2 more (usually put in stock little less than what i have just in case). I put it back in stock.

That's strange. Must have slipped my mind when i was adding the colors. I put it as an option now to purchase. Ill see if i can upload a pic of it by tomorrow

Back is flat. Newer OEM Grill has weird angles Mounted will be angled
