$2700 doesn’t seem unreasonable. An OK paint job would cost at least as much ... I’m considering going the Linex route eventually.

took a scenic 4th of July very rural run on N-70 trail into the Loup River valley to Broken Bow
added 530 more miles to it :burnrubber:
A/C still blowin' cold (was needed today!), its only been leak checked and re-charged once so far about 7 years ago

One of my favorite reoccurring threads on this here forum. Nothing super recent to post. This was back in April.

took a weekend cruise earlier this month to the middle of my state near Broken Bow and the scenic sand hills area
it was rather hot out :( i would've preferred to haul around with the windows open and get the clean crisp air, maybe i will head back out there before winter who knows
the longest state highway across @ nearly 500 miles will not be finished until November, they are building an overpass over one of the main cross country rail lines so there is still a big out-of-the-way detour because the nearest town is TOO SMALL to have another way over the tracks lol

That retro badge is sick? How’d you come up with that?

    Google "BH3D Printing"

Believe the guy's name is Brad. Does some amazing work. The badge is a single piece of machined aluminum. He then hand paints them, I believe.

This badge is technically for the 01-04 grille (only one he offers). After some back and forth, Brad and I thought it mighttttt just fit my 98-00 grille. Looks like we we're off by millimetres (retro badge too big), but I'm still happy with the fit - for now. I might Dremel the grille opening to allow a cleaner fit.
