Pictures might be nice but I’ve known guys with Chevy trucks with 300,000 + miles. But that’s after replacing or rebuilding almost everything at least once : (
..............How about listing what broke along the way.

My 20 year old Tacoma at 138,000 is totally original except for 4 shocks, 1 rear seal, 1 shifter bushing and 1 O2 sensor.

Before my basically full resto started I had 297k. A set of valve cover gaskets, 2 alternators, and some CV boots. That’s the majority of the repairs. (And I put headers on it, but there was nothing wrong with the original exhaust...)
    +maintenance, 3 t-belts+ water pumps, etc

Oh and the frame was replaced.

i recently asked my local toyota master mechanic about the need to worry about the exhaust developing holes (leaks) around the manifold after 20+ midwest winters, etc. and he did not give any good direction

The 3.4 manifolds rarely have issues. The 4.7l v8s in the tundras and the 2.4/2.7l engines are the only truck engines with known common manifold failures

If you needed to replace the manifolds because of rust they would be very easy to find and cheap
