Will this line come in contact with my leaf springs when I AAL?

    2001 Tacoma XtraCab PreRunner V6 model

    Waiting on my AAL to arrive today and saw this line and was wondering if installing an AAL will push the leaf springs up into contact with that line. Also, does anyone know what that line is technically called and its purpose?

    I tried to look for many videos of an installation to see if they had encounters with the cable coming in contact with the leaf springs but to no avail

    To answer the other part of your question, no, I don't think you'll have a problem with your AAL.

    The AAL's are only like 1/2" or less thick, so you should be fine.

    No issue or concern.

    It will be in the way just a bit when you remove/install your AAL but other than that you'll be good.
