    rear drain hole passenger side

step up bit used from 1/4" to 7/16"
    for better drainage

maybe i will find it flash-rusted tomorrow with all the stanky humidity out :bananadead:

If you drill more holes in the frame, it’ll drain better. You’ll also reduce the weight for better fuel economy!

Also it cant rust if there’s no metal there lol

has anybody done this internal frame coating treatment on their truck?
this is a short video of how my recent project went in the rear passenger side behind the rear leaf perch area
i still need to go back over it with the black IFC product
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P4-BV44fW2Y
it took awhile to do this, there was a lot of loosey goosey particles that needed cleaned out beforehand
the driver side in this area will be much more difficult, i need help removing and re-installation of the fuel tank

Does anyone have a lead on quality(mostly rust free) rear transmission parts for a 4X4 ABS Locker 3.4 V6 2002 tacoma around the Mid-West? I'm in Grand Rapids, MI. My axle housing and backing plates have seen better days. I found a great set in Washington State but the shipping is half my budget. Thanks in advance!

I only had 1 day in and out, it was extremely foggy so not much was seen!
then had to ride out for a long journey back through MN and the Dakotas, nearly 1000 miles :turtleride:
i will need to venture back during the winter months someday

did you try the LKQ corp, as far as i know they don't have a delivery charge, they just move parts and store from warehouse to warehouse, and you are able to inspect part first before payment and right to reject at no cost to you, other than time
