Call or email them and give them your order number, most likely they will send you a replacement but you need to pay for it upfront. After they received the defective one they will refund you.

Sorry for the troubles! It's likely a simple issue inside, but you wouldn't be responsible for that. Email us at support@theretrofitsource.com or call at 404-220-7940 with the order number and we'll be glad to help out!

How's the match on morimoto fogs to the headlights?

Actually, they do! I can confirm from my own experience :bananadead: Also, not sure if this has been mentioned in this thread but I managed to fix my hyperlink issue I had with XP80 Less by switching to Lasfit LEDs, which hame some sort of CANBUS module built in to trick the system. They are MUCH brighter than stock and even a bit brighter than the XP80s which were really bright to begin with

Thinking of pulling the trigger soon to put these on my 2020 TRD OR.

Anybody who has had these for awhile now run into any problems? Pros cons?

Installed mine last November. Love the lights, and so far so good!

    PROS
    • Looks darkened, no chrome
    • No light bulbs to burn out, all LED
    • Turn signal sequentials look cool and are very bright
    • Beam pattern good, good amount of light *
    CONS
    • *above: High beams do not put out enough light IMO, seem weak
    • Aiming the lights a bit of hit/miss, you'll need a ratcheting 8mm wrench and patience to get it right
    • (I didn't have this issue since I have an OR with factory DRL) Non factory DRL folks have encountered issues with the lights randomly turning on due to the instructions directing you to a 12v source that engages on its own. The fix is to find another switched 12v source that stays off when it's "off".
    • Instructions didn't include "how to" removal of fender flares, had to figure this out on my own and I mangled some plastic tabs as a result. If they haven't updated the instructions get those here first.
Overall I love these headlights and would do it all over again and consider $$ well spent. Be sure to get them from TRS or a reputable dealer though, and not some hack promising "great discounts" you will be happier and actually get to enjoy your mod.

Cheers! Post pix when done.

More cons then pros. They look good, might perform good (for the time being). I went with OEM full LED with conversion harness and never looked backed. Can't beat OEM quality and reliability.

Also, mods. Why isn't this thread locked by now?? :facepalm:A lot of false advertising and sales. Maybe @TRSAndrew needs to rep a new thread

Well said. The alignment is tricky but they’re great headlights. I wouldn’t consider OEM due to the wasted space in the following area.

I genuinely dislike this design feature. What an ugly waste of space.

For the time being? I'm not a shill for Morimoto, I'm a real person that bought them from TRS. These lights have performed well for me.
