    What are you splicing? I have a bunch of butt connectors and a crimper if that would help.

    As long as you have room to work the heat gun without melting everything else! And the wires stay put.... A good tool to have in the box!

    The "Yellow" terminals commercially available are for 10-12 AWG. Anything larger, and you have to get specialized for the higher expected currents.
    Sample;
    https://www.amazon.com/VOLT-Gauge-Y...8+gauge+wire+connectors&qid=1595122640&sr=8-5

    If you got #10 wire, the Butt splices in Yellow are what you need. Don't look for a disconnect bullet tho... But you can also use the spade and sleeve connectors instead.

    Thanks! I figured it was going to be something i had to find from a specialty shop instead. But the link u sent is for butt connectors... I need the spade connectors to fit onto my outlets for my panel! :-/

    I know - those sample butts were for #8, you can use the YELLOW for all number 10-12. You just won't find quick disconnects. The larger the wire size, the more a secure connection is required. And, they get more specialized.
    All you need is a good YELLOW assortment.

    I know you tried hardware stores, but did you try auto zone and such. They generally have an alright selection of that stuff.

    Sorry if im misinterpreting something, but what is my solution then? I did place an order on Amazon for 8agw disconnects to be able to fit 2 10agw into... This should suffice correct?
