The fuel tank is too close to do a triangulated 4-link. Or are you daring @Norilsk to do a fuel cell conversion, because race truck?

    - don't need the new windshield, if the cops pull you over say it happened that day
    - lowers, uppers, and all that can be ignored when you just solid mount your suspension
    :welder:
-spare tire mount can be part of the roll cage above the fuel cell

IMO the wrong way to build a truck for our region - small tires, clearance-robbing spring-under-axle, and no desert to use the secondary shocks.

ok i'll stop picking on you, your heart can only take so much

@daks so i heard you're getting ready to prep the truck and take it out to the Dakar rally, may i interest you in some ideas about having 40" tires and long travel shocks?
@3JOH22A and @ODSC1 just posted up perfect photos and ideas for relocating the Fuel cell. the backrack you have can work as part of the roll cage so things get cheaper from there forward
A crystal clean Tacoma such as yours is a perfect starting platform! don't worry about the paint, the vinyl wraps these days are super durable

You see i cannot use my tacoma for this experiment because i have an AuToMaTiC mInI-cAn EnGiNe and am incapable of doing anything in regards of rally cross.

There is actually a 36” super swamper that is super thin that I want. Measures 36x9.5. It’s funny because it’s advertised as 36x13 but is super thin.

Then again it all depends what side of the the bed the Customs officer woke up on.
I have sailed thru with 5 cases of beer and a k in truck parts...the guy in primary looks at me and says.."they are really busy in there, have a good day"

So I thought I better get my air program in order for theong weekend.
When you don't have the funds you'll make a way and I did.
Its roughly 1 and a half minutes from 20 to 33psi.

    Welcome to the club bud!

you wouldn't happen to be out from Hamilton would you?
    with hofin8r plates.
    and a rear tire carrier.
and waves to a fellow tacoma once or twice a month on the 403 heading towards burlington in the morning between 7:30 and 8:00.

Hey hows it going guys and gals? I got myself into a new TRD Off Road access cab manual/trans about 2 months ago and have been loving it! Been looking at the 3rd gen for a long time and was waiting for the right moment and I’m happy to say I’m finally in one:woot: I haven’t been in a truck in a few years and I’ve really missed it since my 01 Ranger Edge, used to get off the pavement at a few local spots with that truck but not much more than that. I’ve hit a few local local spots with the Taco and made my way up to Killarney to do a trail out there, going up to Ardbeg south with my buddy and his Rubicon this weekend likely. I’ve been reading you’re guys thread for awhile and I’m looking to join your ranks and also join OF4WD. The truck is stock aside from some interior led’s but I’m gonna be making some upgrades coming into the new year and would be happy to get some advise from you fine people. Been camping in the backcountry here in Ontario for a while and am really interested in getting into over-landing as well!
