Okay, so maybe one of you can be helpful.

Story time:

When I was rebuilding my front end, front passenger side wheel speed sensor was rusted into the hub. Ended up cutting the wire and removing the sensor with a punch and hammer. Ordered new sensor, installed new one etc. ABS light came on as expected, figured give it awhile it should go off.

Month goes by, still on. Pulled it numerous times cleaned reinstalled. You know standard procedures. Recently, did the wire jump to make sure it was front passenger side.

31. Yes, front passenger.

Did the brake pedal pump reset. No good. Light still on. Check connections again. Light still on.

Then maybe 15mins after the first wire jump check, I do it again. This time I get; 31, 32, 33, 34 and now 41.

So my question is, how can it flash code 31, then 15 mins later after not touching anything else on the truck, it flash the other codes as well? I didn’t move the truck, I didn’t mess with any other sensors. I understand code 41 has to do with voltage, but it seems out of the ordinary for it to just suddenly appear for no reason.

Thoughts?

 

I bought that harness from his post. It’s amazing to drive at night again. What a difference. And only maybe 30mins of install and $100.

 

I will if I have too, but I really don't want to. she has a 1" body lift now, I'd like to not add anything more.

 

Why would you need a body lift for 35s?

 

Did you cut up the litttle rubber dust cover things in the back of the headlight? Mine keep falling off and I’m too lazy to find a fix.

step 1: sand off the chrome trim (that stuff is for the pretty boys in their duallys) and paint it matte black

I was able to get the rubber boot in by the heat sink. I just installed the bulbs you recommended but my fenders are off so I can't install the headlights yet.

They sell them in black already though... at least I got myself some clears in black.

I was just redoing the relocation on them yesterday morning.

The part that mounts into the headlight twists off. Just gotta remember which way is top and bottom.

Well, hopefully this solves the issue and I get cold air again. No obvious sign of leaks on it, but ...

really, the only pain in the ass is that the power steering pump needs to come out for this to be removed on a 5VZFE.

OMG, now Monte is "divine inspiration?" Puleeze. Even he would say you're drinking too much Kool-Aid now.
