I installed a Sound Ordnance B-8PTD under the seat, definitely had to remove all the ducting to make room height wise for the amp/sub (both pieces up to the center console) but really glad I did, because now my air flow from the front ducts is way stronger, MORE AC! And I just covered the duct with sound deadening material to seal it up and then covered the metal floor where the ducting was with the material as well, turned out great!

Good project today... Removed and cleaned all the door panels, then used the Noico Sound deadening material (big fan of this stuff, easy to work with and install, and cheap: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00URUIKAK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) to line all the exterior metal doors, this was a huge improvement in sound quality and reducing road noise. And then I installed 4 new door speakers ( JL Audio C2-650X in rear doors and JL Audio C1-690x 6" X 9"s in the front) , and pulled driver seat and carpet up to run wiring for the Sound Ordnance B-8PTD under the seat... Good info here: I had looked for into all over these forums about if it would actually fit, and it does fit nicely under the seat without risers and sounds great but you do have to remove the two pieces of black ducting from the front console the goes along floor board and blows air into the back. I'm actually really glad I removed it too, because now the air flow from the front ducts is increased (More AC!).. Also make sure to position the amp/sub closer to the door than the center console as it will hit the occupancy sensor under the seat when the seat slides back and forth.Put amp gain knob inside center console, looks nice and clean. All in all I'm very happy with how all the sound turned out with the Sony XAV-AX7000 driving the door speakers and being able to get good base from such a small package under the seat is a bonus.

    Nice job, looks good

My set up is similar and I love it. Fits really well. Much better than having a large obnoxious sub box laying around.

Drove it to the dealer and picked up new window run weatherstrip and door belt trim.
I'll be installing power mirrors (not wired yet) and when I have the mirrors out/door panels off, I replace the weatherstrip/trim and sound deaden the doors.
    Once the humidity dies down.

Leave the spark plug in if you are toying with the idea of drilling it. Blow the hole out very good once done. Don't want shavings dropping into the cylinder.

Finally got around to laying the matte black vinyl on the roof yesterday. It wasn't easy doing it alone but it turned out great!!!

    Update:
Tried all my tricks to get it out. No dice.

Tried to use an extractor. I figured it couldn’t make anything worse... right?

Wrong! Extractor broke off in the hole i drilled in the broken bolt.

I ate a burrito bowl earlier that hit me just as i was putting the last coil pack in before it broke. I’m blaming my cross threaded bolt on the fact that my intestines were actively attempting to leave my body so i was in a rush. :crapstorm:

    Over the weekend...
Installed 5100s all around. Stock springs in front. ICON rear leaf pack.
Found I had a snapped rear leaf and they where so clapped out that the overload springs and second springs actually remained inverted after we took them out...pics of after the install and the snapped leaf.

    Oil change done.
    Front pads and rotors done.
Also mounted some supports/hangers to the inside roof of my cap.
Headed to TN in the morning.
