    Hi all,

Just picked up a 2019 DCSB a couple weeks ago that my wife will be daily driving for a bit. She'd like a bed cover for groceries and stuff so I'm looking at the soft cover roll up types like the TruXedo TruXport rolling tonneau cover as I need to be able to get the cover out of the way and put my kayak in the back and what not. My question is- with this cover or any other similar ones, will I be able to leave a rear corner unhooked and have my rod tips sticking out?

Most of the time they are in the cab with me, but when we take a trip as a family I'd like to be able to move them to the bed. I'm looking for a soft cover that can have the corner unhooked so I can have about ~6" of rod tip sticking out without the weight of the cover snapping the ends off all my rods. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

Those sumo suction cup rod holders that go on th front of your rig might be the way to go. Seems like you're gonna have an accident at some point and lose a rod tip if you throw them in the bed.

I have a rod carrier I made out of a conduit carrier kit, I probably just need some bed rails or something and mount that.
