My problem - When looking at the truck from in front, the top of the tire is further outside the truck wheel wells than the bottom of the tire, which I think I'm right, is camber. It is squirrelly on the road if any wind or undulations in the road. Some rubbing with curb hits at slow speed an turning.

I tried to get the local alignment shop to give me a good alignment but it didn't work out like I wanted. Armed with the guide that comes with the SPC UCA's(attached) I took the truck Southwest Alignment but it needs a lot of camber still. I've contacted HS Offroad but they referred me here.

I am looking for help determining which setting the plate on the top of the SPC UCA's I should start with for my 3" lift:
    SPC UCA's
    OME 887 coils
5100's set at .85 notch by HS Offroad
Top Hat Spaced for Taco Lean
HS Offroad Progressive AAL for rear.

The SPC UCA's data sheet attached shows to start with position D. Any ideas on what to do? I'm guessing this is advice for stock or at most leveled trucks. I'm in Houston. My buddy has a nice alignment rack at his business, so I am hoping to get some ideas before we start.

Additionally, I have 1 full inch of droop on rear drivers side. I guess taco lean, but seems excessive. What should I do to bring that corner up to level? All other corners show level.

I have the same setup and was getting rubbing in reverse. I reset mine to the "E" setting and let the alignment shop do it again since they won't adjust the uppers. I ended up at 1.7 and 1.8 degree caster and nowhere close to rubbing with 285/70R17. I'm at 0.5 camber and it is fine with me. I can get 0 if I adjust the uppers but I haven't taken the time to do it

What should camber be? My front tires are bowed and wearing on the outside edge of front tires. Will setting e help this or only caster?

As close to 0 as possible for camber. Changing from setting D to E will help with your clearance but any change to that setting will also change your camber and toe. You can loosen the top nut on your UCA's and slide it to the inside to get your camber to 0 BUT your toe will change when you do this as well.
I recommend using the E setting for max clearance and then tell your shop to adjust the lower eccentrics for max caster. Should get you around 2 degrees caster. Use the upper slide to adjust your camber. Then adjust toe when the other two are where you want them. It's easier said than done because most shops have no idea how/don't want to mess with the uppers.
If you don't like how it drives after this then your only option is to use D setting and do some trimming and/or a CMC.

I have mine set on "D" and .4/0/3 Camber/Toe/Caster and works just fine. Most people aim for those numbers.

You want as much castor as possible. Position "A" on both sides. Set camber at zero possibly -1

I installed OME Nitrocharger struts with 887 coils and LR UCA's on my 2017 TRD Sport 2WD DCSB.
My wheels are Fuel Maverick 20x9 +1mm offset, and my tires are Michelin Defender LTX 305/50R20.

I used the recommended "D" position on the ball joint and did not have any issues with the alignment.
My shop normally dials in an additional 0.25 degrees castor on the passenger side and I didn't argue with them.
Ended up with 3 degrees on the drivers side and 3.25 on the passenger, with tow at +0.02 on both sides, and camber at -0.2.
Drives great / tracks great. Very stable over the bumps. No complaints whatsoever.

No rubbing / no trimming required. However, the Michelin LTX 305/50R20 tires are sized more like 285/55R20, with a 10" tread width and a 32.4" diameter.
The total width of the tire at the bulges is 305mm and that is why it is rated as a 305 tire. The outside edge of the tread is just outside the fender. The stance is just what I was looking for.
Nice and wide, without sticking out much at all.

    Regards,

Any help would be much appreciated. I’m currently running 285/70/17s with 17x8.5 -6mm offset and a 3” spacer lift with 2” AAL. Just got some SPCs installed they’re currently in position D and I’m getting more rub than when the stock UCAs were on. The caster readings were 3.7 and 3.8 and now with the SPCs I’m sitting at 2.1 2.0. I’m wanting to achieve the stock UCA readings since that was minimal rubbing. I’m wondering if I should have them set to position B or position A then have them fine tune the lowers. Any thoughts?

Did you ever get this figured out? I'm running 285/75r17 tires with bilstein 5100s and 888 OME coils and add a leaf and I rub on my cab mount chop but BARELY, so I'm trying to figure which setting to set SPC UCA to because I have it at D setting right now. Thanks

Yes I did. You want to set it to F then make sure your caster is 2.5 passenger an 2.3 driver. Camber 0 to -.3 and the rest 0. That’ll get you away from the firewall and you should have plenty of room.

Is this a bad setting to be at? Appears to be position B maybe. Alignment shop set it up. I asked for around 3 degree caster but never saw a spec sheet after or anything.
