    Lots, straight from the factory.
I took a refund as opposed to correct parts. I waited four months for my shit. I wasn’t waiting another four months for shit that would have probably been incorrect as Jason said the mounting plates were wrong. Just wallow out the holes and it’ll fit. Yeah, no fucking thanks, give me a refund.

Labor should be covered if your shit is fucked up to the point if causing issues. If it’s not your first time installing these, and you have a lift, it’s an hour max to install them. Be a good vendor and back your product, eat the $20 you’re paying the tech, and install that shit.

Or be a dick and have relentless, bored assholes like me, give shit reviews wherever we can, because we feel you’re fucking over yet another guy who wanted the best, paid for the best, and was delivered a shitburger. Tasty, ain’t it?

I don’t know that anyone really cares what people who behave themselves like you are behaving yourself have to say.

And again since were in a new page:

Guess you missed the post where I said I received a $450 refund to fix the shit myself and STFU and give a good review. Yep, I sold out. At least I have the balls to admit it.

So let me get this straight, you think this is all okay, the way the OP is being fucked?

I’d be very interested to see where Demello told you to post a good review of their product in exchange for $450. That is a whole different issue.

As far as OP, I think Demello is properly taking care of him. Parts companies warranty parts, installers warranty labor. Install the parts yourself and the only warranty you get is on the parts. please post THAT screenshot.

Hell I just installed a new pool pump and their express warranty says that the parts only get a 90 day warranty if installed by anyone other than a professional pool installer.

So nothing on that “we’ll pay you $450 to fix it yourself and post a good review” allegation? Sounds about right.

I just noticed you’re in Arizona. Where at? I’d love to come see these monstrosities for myself sometime.

Well, I don’t record phone conversations like a stalker, but it was something along the lines of getting a refund and making sure TW knows the issue was corrected.

I certainly didn’t expect this shit to keep happening. I figured that the QC issues would be resolved, and there would be some oversight into the fabrication.

Hardly monstrosities as you state. Yes, they needed substantial spacing. You want to come check them out, I’m an hour or so North of you. PM me. I’d be totally down to go out off roading sometime.

If that was some subtle way of saying you wish to fight over words on the internet, you’re an idiot.

No, definitely not a subtle way of picking a fight but I can see where your mind is at.

I’ll PM you and we can do some wheeling.

wait a sec, are you the guy with the Demello front bumper that bought the Suzuki Samurai?

Yes. Is that your subtle way of discriminating against people with Demello front bumpers who bought Suzuki Samurais?

Fuck, you nailed it. Damn, I’m busted.

I almost bought one (bumper). Decided against it after the slider shitshow. The Samurais are pretty badass, and super capable if you’re experienced enough to keep them tires side down.

I want to thank everyone for there input and you too Sicario. English is my 2nd language but i dont think its that. Those screenshots i sent you were to let you know where im at with Demello at the moment and that they were already helping me not to cause something against them. Ill discuss it with Jason. But that will be between me and Demello. I dont want to create drama with Demello, since the thread was just about rock slider noise, which they will be getting me a new set of to correct the gap.

I think keeping them wheels side down is more of a “not enough balls to tackle the hard line” kind of issue. It’s just one of those things that Samurai guys keep in the back of their mind. Eventually, you’re gonna roll it.

Sounds like a stand up company taking care of a customer who was polite and didn’t expect more than what would fix the issue.

@jq1604 glad to hear they are making it right. I do wonder if this was a one off or if they perhaps made a batch of bad sliders. It does happen but I digress, sounds like you'll be up and running around sandstone canyon banging them on everything without issue. Keep us updated when the new ones come in and how it looks.
