E brake seems to be locking up after truck is washed, and has sat for a few days. Solutions? Suggestions?

It happens sometimes. Just give it some gas to break off surface rust.

Same thing happened to my 2018 one time. I washed the truck, parked in my garage, set the ebrake and the next day it was seized. Managed to get it released by rocking gently. Now I make sure the rear drums are not wet before using the ebrake for a long duration. Has not happened since and I use it regularly but not right after a wash or a rain.

No expert here, I would drive and slow down with the brakes a couple times to dry the brakes after washing.

I second this. The sticking is sadly normal. If you drive a bit after washing it won't happen. If it does happen, I have found rocking the truck a couple times usually does the trick. Worst case, 4lo and locked rear will free them.

Apparently the toyota multi point inspection should be checking for this issue at 30k miles.

I think this happens with most vehicles, including those with electronic parking brakes. My Audi and Tesla both require a little extra push on the accelerator after washing them and leaving them parked. After a loud bang as the brake breaks free, all is good until the next wash.
