I never had an issue before when i had my dongle. Then again i couldn't reset values as a dongle user. It's until most recent after the transition to dongleless that i did what everyone was doing reset values when i started having issues.

I will have to give that a try. I am on Prem 2.0 THX 33's right now and it is great. I have the 265/75R16 Generals and they come in at about 54lbs each which is 20lbs each over stock. I agree it should be by weight and not size. However it is easy enough to figure weight if you know the tire rating and size. I am adding sliders soon and a few more skids so the 35 tune may be the way to go for me to.

Just switched back to 2.0+ base+91+OL+34-36+4.88 just to get gear lock back. Going on a trip from Cali to Oklahoma to drop my son off at OSU 1st year of college! Just wanted to have gear lock back i really enjoyed how it performs for my truck! Waiting for 2.0 final with gear lock patiently i guess! :annoyed:

If I can find someone locally with the VF Tuner Software and hardware for connection via OBDII am I able to get away with just buying some tuner credits (or some other combination of products)? I am not looking to do any tuning, just want to flash the canned tune.

Is there a regional thread for discussing OVTune where I might find somebody in town I could toss a few bucks for use of their hard/software?

It looks like he has an automatic? I don't believe the 2.0 Final AT tunes are available yet in vFt format.

I’m in Austin, TX. I do have an auto but I didn’t see anything on the OVTune site specifying the tuner or tune pack as being for M/T only.

I’d also be happy with whatever the last version is too.

The AT and MT are separate tunes. The AT tunes have not been released yet in VFtuner, so nobody would be able to flash the tune for you until they are released.

Seems like the 2.0 AT tune was released back in June. https://www.ovtuned.com/blogs/news/tacoma-2-0-final-auto-release

Anyone want to educate me on what the 04B0X numbers mean? Are these the tunes that you purchase with the tune pack?

A version of the AT tune was released, but not the full version with map switching, gearlock etc. These are in pf5 format, and locked to the specific vehicle. Once they are released in vFtuner format, people can modify and share them with anyone with the same ecu id number.

The 04B0x numbers are the ECU ID of your truck.
