2017 Tacoma Rear Seat Add?

Hi all, last thread about this I found didn't have any definitive answers - I'm looking at possibly purchasing a 2017 Tacoma that has what I believe to be the Access Cab with the Utility package, ie; no rear seats.

I would love to find a way to add 1 seat (ideally passenger side) and seatbelt - is this past enthusiast level additions/mods, or is this something I could realistically do, given that I've got the mechanical aptitude and access to the right tools?

Also, does anyone know what specifically I'd have to look for keyword-wise? "Tacoma rear seats" seems to mostly get me second row seats which appear to be for the Double Cab, which is not what I want - any keyword specificity I can use to find the right passenger side seat?

The access cab has two tiny seats back there

-edit, unless someone took them out. Theyre prob folded up behind thAt cargo net, though
Edit 2, i was wrong. Sr utility packages do not have rear seats (and now I want one)

Ninja edit: I don't see seatbelts however, making me wonder if they're actually there or not.

 

Should be able to. May have to buy new rear door panels for the seat belts though.

 

Good catch, the opening is there at the top, which means theyve been removed. Here is a photo

Looking to trade utility package from 2021 Tacoma for rear seats if anyone is interested. I would also just buy the rear seats if that’s preferred

 

I have most of what you'd need but you'd have to pick up a few things to complete the kit. I have the back panel, headrests, console, storage lid covers (these are different with the utility package and you'll need these), and all hardware. I'd trade all this for just the utility panel. You'd still need the seat cushions and seat belts to make a complete kit. Let me know, I have it all removed already and its in great shape.
