    Well the garage project is getting closer to completion. Overheads, bike racks and floors complete. Decided walls need repainted. So I’ll have to do that this weekend. Glad wife pushed me to do this project.

    I’m the only one who drinks coffee in the family. The moka pot wasn’t cutting it. When I got up I wanted it ready ASAP. Hopefully this purchase will fit the bill.

    Even if you already run and exercise regularly, you NEED to do a couple 5-10 mile shakedown hikes to practice with your chosen gear and toss items from pack that are non-essential. I rec Oak Mtn, Sipsey Wilderness, or similar in your area. As an Eagle scout and one who hiked Philmont, trust me.

    I used to hike a lot and I have the jet lite with a titanium cup. It is unbelievably light but if you are not hiking I’d just get a propane stove.

    Most probably already have a good flashlight but if not I can recommend these. Streamlight survivor with recharge pack I have 2 and they last long time on moonlight mode. also comes with a double a adapter. Had mine about 6 months now.
