Can with no rain. Took mine late February. Dry on the way in except for a few spots and no issues. Rained majority of the night we camped. Coming out was slippery and do not recommend. Now have KM3s for next run but won’t go following heavy rains.

Does anyone know anyone on island that would be willing to wire an led light bars/scene pods and clean up some electrical under the hood? I want it to look really clean.

I am perfectly capable myself but just don’t want to lol

Anyone interested in TRD exhaust system off a 2019 TRD pro Tacoma? Has about 8k miles on it. It’s black tip, strange tho that it started to surface rust at the tip. This thing is definitely not stainless. So I treated it and put a layer of paint on it. Looks good now. Could probably use another coat. Retail is $775, Asking $550 for TW members. Gonna post on CL for $600.

So was driving today to fill up gas today. In my truck, I usually don’t go below 1/4 tank but my truck was just below 1/4. First went to Tj Max in PC but as I was leaving to sams club to fill up, Check engine light comes on and TRAC off light comes on At the stop light. At idle, truck was bogging and could hear it pretty distinctively. Put it in reverse and pulled into a stall and the truck was surging during this process. I sat and brainstormed.. Then I thought about the Fuel pump recall!!! Considering my truck is a 2019 with only 10k miles, I expected it to happen a lot later.

But that’s not the weird part. After filling up, it drove perfectly fine but the TRAC light turned off but the check engine light was still on. I knew I had to run a diagnostic with my laptop when I get home To check the trouble codes but I had to make a few stops before going home. After 2 stops, I was ready to drive home but the Check engine light turns off! So now I cant check it and I’m here typing this.

Now that I shared my experience, I hope this gives foresight on what to expect.. I’m going to replicate this and try to run my truck down to 1/4 tank again and see if it bogs. By the time I was about to call the dealer they were closed. I’m about 90% sure this has to do with the fuel pump recall. My coworker had the same symptoms on his 2019 Tacoma and Servco Waipahu did the fuel pump swap no charge. Ill update here in case other 3rd gens on Oahu have this problem.

Dang. Pulled P0087 Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too Low

Looks like fuel pump issue. Gonna call service manager soon as I can. Sucks cause technically there’s no solution from dealer yet.
