    Ya it’s crazy. My friend used to live in Cali when he worked for Apple. Paid $500k for a townhouse. When he moved he got a 3700 sqft house for under $500k brand new.

    That's about what I paid. Was just lookin a bit more inland and houses of similar size square footage wise but 1 story but with huuuuuuge yards. That's what I want. It's hard to move right now as I started this new job in January and I get paid really well and really like it and my girl just started a new job that she loves as well. So we're not ready to move too far away just yet unfortunately
    Needs a legit wave pool too.

    Practice brother. Or roll your steel for a better weld. So many welders out there can’t carry a bead uphill. Get some clean scrap steel and practice and good light to see your puddle.
    Hell I have cheeters in my hood so I can see.
    If it’s the right weld ya an downhill it. Most people don’t know that water towers and muiti gallon fuel tanks are all downhill.
