I changed my factory lights out to these Spyder Black Sequential LED DRL Bar Projector Headlights. I have attached a pic. I like the looks of them but the projection bulbs in them are not bright enough so I was thinking about replacing them with LEDs. Has anyone ever done this with these lights and is there a specific LED light that fits in these housings? I want to replace both the high and low beam.

I've seen some people on YouTube put LED's in there

Did a quick search and saw this.

A lot of drop in leds have heat disasters or fans that might not even fit in the housing since it has an enclosed dust cap. If you do make it work and leave it open With no dust cap, will get dust, moisture and possibly even water.

trying to be helpful and not a downer, just some after market headlights and even OEM aren’t meant for anything other than halogens. Lots of info in this lighting forum to guide you though.

some research before buying anything aftermarket is definitely needed

    Stuff, things, this, an ADS
Putting LEDs in there will make it worst. Those headlights are a really big down grade from the stock ones. Your best bet is to do a retro fitting. If you don’t believe me ask @crashnburn80 he is our resident lighting expert
