*Retrofit OEMassive headlights* GROUP BUY?!

I know these lights are on the expensive side and am always brain storming ways to offer a more affordable product for you guys! The high price on these stems from the 4 projectors and 2 hid kits that go into the quad set up. I was considering offering them as a single retrofit at a reduced price. This would give you a d2s 5.0 in the low beam projector, but leave the stock high beam projector in place. The d2s 5.0 is a bixenon projector so you would get an hid low/high beam in the stock low beam location as well as a halogen high beam in the stock high beam location. This is the most affordable way to get amazing light output out of these housings without completely breaking the bank.

To pull this off id need 5 people to commit with $350 deposits. Turn around time once the 5th order is placed would be ~4 weeks depending where you fall in line.

Price would be $1200 shipped + PayPal fees (if applicable)

Willing to offer a $20 discount on the "light smoke" side markers as well (as seen in the last photo in this post)


Ever since @MESO took on the one-off project of retrofitting the oemassive quad projector headlights, there have been countless requests to offer something similar to purchase.

He and I have finalized a system that allows me to offer you the oemassive headlights with quad morimoto d2s 5.0 projectors pre-installed, completely plug and play. For those of you unfamiliar with this project or headlights, let me explain why this is such an imperative upgrade to how these headlights are offered from the factory.

Just like our stock headlights, these aftermarket units are offered with halogen projectors. The performance is even worse than our stock headlights; just swapping bulbs will not fix this. The morimoto d2s 5.0 is a replacement hid bixenon projector. This means it is designed to run HID bulbs and is both a high and low beam. You will have two hid low beams and two hid high beams per headlight. Lets just say, these will be BRIGHT!

Pricing is $1500 shipped + PayPal fees (if applicable)

I will offer a few options on these as well (pm for pricing):

-Demon eyes (rgb $235, single color $120)
-light smoke replacement side marker w/ led bulbs ($85)
-Meso side markers ($30 for install +parts)(as usual, check his site for availability)

I will also eventually be able to modify the oemassive, or identical, headlights you already have on your truck with a quick turn around. Look for pricing on this after these first few sets get finished.

Below are pictures showing the headlights I will be offering. Included in the pictures are the initial prototype brackets, the production brackets, and some light output photos. I hope to update these as customers send pictures in!




Here is the finished prototype set which also had amber demon eyes installed. Note these are chrome housings with tinted lenses, I will be focusing on the clear lens/black bezel version shown above.

Would you be able to upgrade the DRL strips on these? That’s one of the main reasons I ditched these a year ago

Are the projector brackets available for purchase separately? Definitely interested in doing a retrofit / swap when you offer it but could get it done quicker if a DIY option was available.

 

I don’t plan on offering them separately at this time.

 

Any chance of the output shots from a finished set...? Perhaps @MESO maybe...?
