Wife's aunt/uncle like 10mi north of Beaumont. Last we heard they are gonna ride it out. They are in their 80s.

 

Uncle is almost 70, he’s a bit of a survivalist though. He stayed for Katrina and Rita a few years back.

Does your Hefty Fabworks use the factory hitch or is that part of the bumper? Did you ever have any concerns towing with an aftermarket bumper?

 

No it’s built into the bumper. I have no concerns towing with the way this one is made.

Nah it's my own fault. I had in my head that they were OEM. After actually looking it up, OEM is 5" oval nerf bars and the pads look exactly like the one I ordered. I'm bass ackwards as usual. If I can't find a name on them I will pull them off when I am able. Unless I can rope a buddy into doing it for me while I heal up. If I think the truck looks better with them, I found these:
