Ok I know it's been talked about befor but Toyota to waggy 44 front drive shaft. What would you recommend.
Currently I'm using a toyota drive shaft single u joint at T case with a toyota to 1310 conversation U joint at the axle, but because of new leaf springs I need to lengthen the shaft so was considering a whole new set up.

High Angle Driveline makes a great Dana 44 to Toy flange.

Yes that's one option...would be nice if I can find a 4runner shaft with the dubble Corden upper joint since I need to lengthen my drive shaft any way...

Can get an offset u joint too and save space... They work pretty damn good, especially in tight spots around exhaust, shifters, etc...
X2 on the drive flange. Make sure to count those turns just right on the pinion when swapping it out...

What turns are you taking about? Currently i been using a toyota to 1310 conversation joint for a few years fine but since I need to lengthen the shaft about 2" I might just change the whole set up depending on cost of course...

Regarding turns....Crush sleeve on the pinion nut. Don’t go batshit crazy with an impact and mess up the R&P mesh/setup if you swap it out.

Drive flanges are easier to swap shafts on out on the trail than a mangled bolt on a u joint strap.

Thought that's what your talking about...but no in not removing the pinion just the yoke and seal...I also like the idea of the drive flange cause I can have all toyota joint much easer to find and cheaper than conversion joint I'm using.

I decided to use a 4runner shaft with dubble joint at the top and pick up a dana44 to toyota drive flange.
Having the double joint at the top should take off strain on the upper joint and using all stock u joints will make it easier for repairs. Also I need to extend my the shaft any way for the new TG springs
