Minor update.Still working on the rack, but this vinyl should help with glare off the hood.

 

Got the handles installed last night. Definitely want to try some different colors for the paracord when the current stuff wears out. Next up is wiring lighting.

Shit we just had a tree eating session, most of my firewood comes from a tree guy I know, since my properties got some hardwoods, but they're really old/big trees...the front area of our land (after on top midway below in collage)
Wished the got these few stragglers behind my woodshed.

 

We just had over 30 old pines and two really big ash trees taken out. I kept a lot of the ash and a nice pile of decent sized pine logs for firewood. Like you we had a tree service come in, and like you, there's more to be done!

 

Got my "flex" course started, I think I need to roll out some of the thicker rounds for next obstacle stage

 

I'd like to do something like this with some big rocks and make a mini rock garden in the back yard, but getting some resistance from my wife.

So our plan is to put a gravel trail on the edge behind the driver side of the profile picture and continue into the woods to connect the shooting lane access path. My brain was already envisioning where the play rocks/boulders, or even a steel ramp setup can likely be setup in the natural clearing we have in the woods (in the direction the truck is pointing at in my profile picture). I haven't run the truck flexing "course" plans, but it'll get done when I do the gravel spreading and range berm build this fall.
