One other thing to look for, loose seat washers on ether faucets or serves valves, they get loose and flutter like a reed for a wind instrument

    I highly recommend DoMyOwn.com

I spray my perimeter every quarter, pro products:
    Stryker - Knockdown
Tekko Pro - Insect Growth Regulator
    and alternate between these two
    D-Fense SC (Suspend SC)
    Bifen IT (Talstar)

    Yard spray
    Cyonara (Demand CS)

    Cockroach Gel Bait
    Ant Bait Gel
    Ant & Cockroach Granular Bait

    Bait Station

    Absolutely worth the money
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NNWK7CT

    edit:
those perimeter sprays are safe indoors for crack/crevic spray too (baseboard and cabinet)

I recently started using Tenacity herbicide, has great reviews:

So apparently old 2008 smoke detectors are obsolete or whatnot. Had a couple beeping setting dog off. Im not wasting time troubleshooting since i already replaced the battery backup. And it barely lasted a month. New ones have to be rewired to new harness, since its different of course...

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!

I think this will work. You might have to wire this b4 the outlet that your dehumidifier is plugged into to.

Can anyone recommend a paint sprayer? I'm painting my house in/out. I obviously won't pay bobody to do it. I'm looking into this one. Any input.
    Thanks.

I used this one. Painted 80% of the interior of the house with it and it works very well. Coverage was good and didn't get spits when not using the extension wand. I got the small extension wand (12" I think) and the large extension (24" I think) and got spits with those. More so with the longer wand. Prep work takes longer if you're worried about overspray but there are masking stuff that can help you to speed it up, such as one of these or one of these. You'll need a respirator if you're working indoors and i'd do a full suit as you'll get paint everywhere, especially in your hair.

I have used this same sprayer for my basement, primed the walls and ceiling, painted trim and doors and painted my exterior of my house with it. very happy

I bought the smaller, hand-held Graco sprayer; it was good enough for cabinets, but I had to keep filling the container when doing the interior walls. If I had to do again I would purchase one of these larger units.

This was 20 minutes after I set the first one down. I have since placed 4 more around the yard.

The key to these traps is patience, may take 2 weeks, but don’t touch it, trust the process

I looked after your post and this seemed like the better deal. For the same price as a 2oz bottle this has 6 1oz traps. I mostly got them because I wanted a pet safe way to depense them.

You just push the container into the trap. It has spikes that pierce the top of the container and it holds it in place.

Another one. They are lining up like they are at an In-N-Out. They are coming from two directions and going strait into the hole.
