Can cut this stuff with a sturdy carpet knife. I would use mine to trace the outline. Then after cutting it I could just use a sander to smooth it out if needed, or use the shaft of soldering iron.

Oh, tell your son I said be strong, it doesn't get any better the older you get, that your friend Mr. Rob hates going into the office too. Tell him I said to use some of his allowance or chore money to play lotto. That's what I do.

Welcome to the best damn Tacoma forum on the interwebs and the nicest and most crazy people on it thread Konstantine! :hattip:

Where are you located? Post up some pics of your truck. A lot of us on here have installed at least one type of roof rack or another, and the grill is about one of the easiest mods there is. I'm sure one of would be willing to help/instruct you with both. Myself included.

This is your best friend: There are other calculators on this site too. Like....... Basic rule of thumb though. If you are only going with a +1 (1" taller) and the tire width is the same, and you reuse the OEM wheel, you're good. +2, maybe. +3 nope. General rule of thumb speaking. As soon as you change the width or the wheel specs, you're into uncharted territory. Best to seek the help of someone that does this for a living. There is a thread on here and Discount Tire Direct will dish out any information you ask.

Yes to all of the above.

It's more important to just squeeze some down inside the threaded holes. I still put the Kiss sized dollop on the top of the hole too.

Hey brother, I'm so sorry for the delay - I've been working 12s while taking three classes. Absolutely no urgency, but I would be more than happy to come down to Baltimore or a bit further to borrow that mill guide. I truly appreciate the offer, and will happily return it in just as good condition, perhaps with a 6-pack or two. Or if you're a bourbon guy, I know a few good ones... Either way my friend, borrowing that mill for a brief time would make me a very happy man.
