Does anybody know of an overhead molle panel for Access Cabs? Been searching but I can only find that one thread of the 2nd Gen one created by accident.

Or I guess does anyone know if the OG Fab 3rd Gen Access Cab Molle Rack could be retrofitted to fit the 2nd Gen?

Is it possible to use rivnuts and a "double cab molle rack"? Just put the rivnuts into the plastic or metal at the correct mounting points for the double cab rack?

I'll help with the loneliness
This is not a true molle rack, but I made this one after an idea from another member on here - @Westernhorses
Turned out great! I mounted it to the bottom bolts and the child-seat tie down so it's completely reversible, no drilling into the plastic panels.

I like the idea! I’ll probably do this instead. My current idea is potentially buying a Double Cab overhead molle, and doing rivnuts. But who knows how much weight that idea would hold. Both literally, and metaphorically.

lining up the rivnuts in exactly the right spot (ie u don’t drill through the one layer roof skin) could prove to be incredibly difficult. Although I’ll let you guinea pig it, and if it works I’ll follow haha. As far as strength goes, I think they’ll be PLENTY strong, I’ve used rivnuts a bunch and am always impressed.

I came across the Hooke Road overhead panel for 2nd gen double cabs and grabbed it (~$15). I knew I didn't have the handles to screw into, but wasn't sure what it would look like.

It's not terribly far off in terms of size. Has anyone taken out any of the headliner for any other reason? Was curious before doing it myself to see what kind of mounting options I had.
