I have a 2015 stock 4 door with JBL sound system. Out of the blue, sitting at bank drive up, the sound quit on radio. All other functions work, on/off, scan/ navigation/ back up camera. but no sound. I traced it to a blown 15 amp fuse in engine compartment fuse panel. There are two fuses marked radio, one was fine and one was blown. Fuse in number 14 location was blown. New 15amp fuse actually sparked when tried to put it in.
I must have a short some where but where to start? We had 5 days of rain last week and its been dry for 5 days , and it sits outside at work. It is garaged at night. Also, I noticed moisture/water inside drivers side headlight. Not sure if that matters or not. No water inside on floor or carpet. No musty smell inside either. I plan on checking cowl drains this weekend and a/c drain.
    any other thoughts?

    thanks

Likely a faulty factory amp. What I would do is unplug the wiring connector at the factory amp at the firewall, then install the fuse to see if it still blows.

removed the amp, took longer to get at it behind the rear seat, with amp removed , installed new 15a fuse and it did not blow, thanks wattapunk! now to find a replacement amp that doesn't cost $700 OEM.

    I don't have a 2015 schematic. My 2005 schematic shows radio no.1 is 10A and radio no.2 is 30A

Maybe that is why it is blowing?

OP what does it say in the fuse panel cover for that fuse amperage rating?

I don't know why I said 15amp, it was a 30amp fuse in radio number 2 spot, replaced with 30 amp (green) fuse. (I had to pick up some 15 amp fuses for another vehicle so that's probably why I was thinking 15a.) sorry for confusion.
