I just mounted mine(double cab), and I’m paranoid that I didn’t put enough silicone in the holes. I just need some reassurance......

I filled up the threaded hole, then topped it off like icing on a cupcake. Then smashed the spacer down, then I installed bolt. But I didn’t put enough silicone for it to come out of the top of the rubber strips. Think it was enough?

You should be fine, I did the same, but I also added globs of silicone under the rubber in multiple places to hold it down and give it more of a seal.

As long as you fill the threaded hole, and get a substantial amount on top you should be fine
