Maybe 9 pounds as we used 9 bottles.

 

Is anyone going to the Coppinger Cove meet? Seems like it's mostly Alabama members.

 

Realized i hit a number of roads that are popular with sports cars & motorcycles near TN NC border.

Had to slow it down after a couple miles when a kid announced not feeling so good.

Man I loved the dragon when I had the Roush. Not so much after I saw a kid on a cruiser go off the side of the mountain right in front of us.

 

Been down that road a hundred times in my modded 2008 Mazdaspeed 3. The little speed car had the perfect balance of power and agility. I went so often I had to purchase new tires ever spring.

 

Yeah, one of my kids loves the FRS when I downshift and pull through a corner. Says I need to take the car out there.


Not that I need it now but out of curiosity, any of you 2nd gen guys seen these lights? I'd like to see how they look. Like a plug-n-play LED headlight bulb with a mini projector lens attached?

As an astigmatism sufferer, I wonder if it's the 'SUPER BRIGHTERNESS' that magically fixes it?

 

Im new-ish to the TN area, and have always lived in areas that receive zero snow. I was wondering do any of y’all use any sort of undercoating like fluid film etc? I know Salt/Brine don’t hit the roads too, too often here. Just was curious.

 

No, it rarely snows here.

 

Welcome to the area! I have just stuck with a pressure wash of the undercarriage The few times it seemed like it was warranted and never had any issues.

 

Yeah your only looking at salt a few days a year. If at all. You will see it when they do it. I usually just hose of the undercarriage the day after

 

New wheels and tires, got all the trim on except for the flares which I’m going to do in black raptor.

I think the chrome doesn't look bad in your color and wheel combo...

 

I do fluid film annually for a few reasons. 1) my frame is 18 years old and the 1st gen Tundras are notorious for frame rot. 2) It's easy and cheap. It doesn't take me long to apply it. 3) I'm an anal bastard and I hate rust.

It's probably not necessary for your truck but I actually enjoy doing it to mine. I just ordered fluid film yesterday.
