Haven't had anyone else complain about the lid.. I don't see an issue with replacing it. Can you PM me a pic?

I did...I like the overhead panels. I'm just not wanting to run wires to the upper console right now. I also only have one slot open there.

I saw the change holder and liked it, but I hardly carry change...or cash for that matter. I'm thinking I could put 3 switches in the resourced change holder. One for my Nav On all the time (shorts the speed switch so a passenger can type in an address into the nav system or scroll through all your Pandora), my Rear Camera On and possibly a alternate 2.5A USB port.

Right now I have the Nav and the Camera switches on the Left drivers cubbie. I would like the missus to have access so she can pick a good Pandora station. She could reach across my lap...we have been married 8 years. I don't get my hopes up. :(

@tacitos have you considered making one that would fit two phones (I have an iPhone 7 Plus), standing up? I just upgraded from a 2nd gen to a 3rd gen and I’m having a difficult time figuring out where to put my phone. I’ve been putting it in this spot, but an insert that is made for it and another phone would be great.

There is not enough room in this little spot to fit (2) Iphone Plus's. I have a design that will cradle a single iphone between the armrest and shift knob and a separate design that will accommodate (2) iphone plus or a tablet in the front 2 cup holders. Some changes are happening in the next few months that will allow me to spend more time on these projects. I plan to release more products this year as a result.

Hey there, how do I get on the waiting list?? I'd love to get one of the coin holder with business card/CC holders w/o a lid! I have a work badge that I think will fit perfectly here!

The slot in the middle should be able to to hold my garage door opener since I haven't found a way/place to store that one yet.

just wondering if you'll be making a model to be marketed to your neighbors to the north? Our change isn't the same as yours. Nickles, dimes and quarters are. We no longer have pennies but we have the larger loonie($1) and twoonie($2coin)... i LOVE the use of the space and would love a hinged change that held at least the $1,2,.25c and whatever fits. Having a lid is mandatory. Thank you

Agreed, this is an excellent idea.
What if you could put a hinged lid on it to have a “stealth” button panel?

It would be perfect for deploying stuff like caltrops, smoke screens, oil slicks, passenger eject, rocket launcher, etc.

I’m just asking for a friend :spy:
