Hello brothers, 2016 TRD. Need exact specs, hopefully even part numbers for lift that will handle 33's on the stock rims. I have read many threads but cannot find something exactly specified. Thanks for all your help!!! My first Tacoma.

I believe that there is not an exact answer to your question because we don't have all the variables. Is your trd a sport or an off road? Do you mind trimming some plastic or do you not want to? Do you want to run true 33x12.50s or do you want just 33 inches tall? What is your budget? My suggestion would be take some time and look through the lifted 16's thread and see what tickles your fancy. Then if you still have questions ask. at least then you will know what path you want to take. Good luck to you.

Same here, I have a TRD off Road 2015, I decided to invest in 33x12.5, low budget for lifting, would a 3" lift kit be able to handle it?

    Thank you

Yea a 3" will work but it will rub a bit and you will need to trim plastic... You won't be able to fit a 33x12.50 on stock wheels unless you put wheel spacers, the tire will rub on your UCA.... Just put a 3" on mine and I'm running 18x10 with a 305/60 and I rub plastic like crazy but a little trimming will do the trick, just haven't had the time

Has anybody tried the Rancho Quick lift suspension? Getting 33" on my truck and this looks like a cheap option, my budget is low right now

    It's Taco time
Had the same question, after lots of research. Found out even with 3 inch lift you will still rub. It will take Lots of cutting .. Its the pinch weld that turned me to get the 31's instead. Until my daily is paid off then she gets as high as a girraffe pussy.

    Good luck.!!.!.!.!

Will a 1.25 spacer do the trick for the UCA rub on oem wheels?

You are barking up the wrong tree. A lift won’t allow you to fit larger tires unless you intend to never drive over a bump. Alignment and trimming are your ticket.

That said, many report fitting tall skinny 33’s with no modifications.
