For anyone interested in the light bar, it's not a Baja Designs because I think they are a huge waste of money. Here's what I got:

    https://www.amazon.com/Nilight-31inch-14500LM-Driving-Warranty/dp/B019XT82MQ

Yeah it's cheap, but I've used this brand before and never had issues. I do add some RTV sealant to keep water out for good. To get it to fit this bumper I just had to reverse the small brackets and add some washers to push it up.

I have the same one as well to install. I also bought their spot and flood led light pods. We use them on our duck hunting boat and have never had an issue.

Oh man what a pain. I had to alter a few things but it's on. Still need to wire the light bar.

I'll post some more info tonight.

Man, I really like the C4 Hybrid bumper. What tire size are you running?

I'm afraid that anything under (wide) 33's is going to look anemic with so much exposure.

Okay, so if anyone else tries to put a Warn 9500xps in, it's not going to fit with the control module mounted on the top like normal. It doesn't hit the center brace, but it does hit the front metal support piece that the bumper clips to. Even cutting the sides of the brace won't work.

However, the bracket will match up nicely to I think what is part of the radiator core support. But for that to work you have to bend the Warn bracket where the control module attaches so it's oriented correctly. Here's a pic:

    20200926_154121.jpg

I just sprayed a little paint where I drilled holes so it won't rust. I used some 12mm bolts I had left over from something else and they worked well. I just drilled a 5/16 hole and worked the bit around to enlarge it just a little.

You can also see I re-used my fog light wiring harness and I just wired the pod lights into that so I can control those with my fog light switch. There's plenty of room with the pack mounted there, plenty away from the condenser and anything else. It does block some airflow a little bit but it should be fine.

Other than this, the installation instructions from C4Fab were spot on, everything went smoothly.

I have a few spots of touch up to do on the bumper, and I still need to wire the light bar.

BAMF is legit and built tough as nails. If you want something to take anything you throw at it and fits without issues, go BAMF. If Jerry was building bumpers when I ordered my SSO, I would have gone with his hybrid. Unfortunately it’s going to have to wait until the rest of the truck us finished

Yeah I was waffling over which Warn. But it's the same winch I've had previously and it was bulletproof. Quite expensive but in my opinion one of the best ones you could go with.

yep the reliability is totally there! plus being out in Oregon I'm sure I could find some connections for a discount

Are you on heavier springs or new coilovers with that setup?

Yeah when I did my lift, I put 700lb springs on the new shocks. My CV angle was a bit extreme but the weight looks to have corrected that.

Haven't had to use it for anything serious. I think it's worth the money, but it is not cheap. It was a PITA to get the super thick part of the synthetic line secured, but other than that it's a pretty simple installation.

I mentioned earlier in the thread, but I used to have a 9500xp on my Xterra but sold it with it. It always worked when I needed it. Never had to replace anything on it.
