    Interesting. I feel like there's more torque with these cams everywhere in the band. But maybe the retard gears and new headers are helping with an overall increase.

    I apologize. I meant that I can feel a difference with the Kelford cams and OEM intake gears, versus static gears.

    No the new little caps/washers go on the bottom. Take out the washers that are already there with a magnet.

    I keep running into missing ingredients. Gotta go to The dealer tomorrow To get the right sealant for the timing cover. Uses a coolant-proof sealant around where coolant flows. I should hurry up though, colder days are coming.

    It appears Kelford did there homework to optimize them

    As an additional alternative. The Mr. Gasket 1 minute gasket maker works well for both oil and coolant.

    Thanks for the helpful advise. I had bought the gears before the cams. Off they come. Maybe on a future engine if I destroy these cams.

    now onto Napa for some Mr gasket.

    Does this include low/mid range? Kelford did say when I talked to them on the phone that they thought the combination would result in more mid-range but less high end.
