    Finished up some more "who knows what the hell this is for" type things on Friday, got them out of the oven this morning. Happy Monday.

    For anyone curious, the part that looks like a tiny bong slide is a thermo well, where they'll most likely insert a thermocouple wire to monitor temps for whatever they're doing.

    Could be, the glass frit (filter) is very fine, like less than 40 micron porosity so id assume its going to be used in some process involving gases because liquids resist moving through frits that fine.

    Hopefully I can find time at the shop while the milling machine is running to put this radio in.

    It has a kenwood in it now and it keeps cutting off. It may come back on in 5 minutes or it may be 6 days.

    My wife ask me what I wanted for our 10 year wedding anniversary last week and I said a new radio. It just came in today.
